Fr. Becnel was born in Vacherie, La. Dec. 15, 1939. He later moved to Edgard, but left when he entered the Seminary at the age of 13. He attended St. Joseph’s in St. Benedict, La. and Notre Dame Seminary in New Orleans. He was ordained at St. Louis Cathedral on December 19, 1964 and given the title of Monsignor in 1989. He loves being a parish priest and being of service to the people. Interests: vegetable gardening and golfing.
Mrs. Earline Brady, Administrative Assistant
A lifelong parishioner of Sacred Heart Parish. She has been the parish secretary/administrative assistant since 1982 and is also a member of the Altar Society. She is married to Rod and has two children, Bridget and Rod, Jr., his wife Jackie and their 3 girls, Aalieyah, Aabryanah & Aavah.
Interests:
Family, Church ministry, dining out, and reading.

She has been in education for 37 years with 20 of those years as an administrator, she has been at Sacred Heart for the past seven years. Her family includes husband Steve and three children, Matthew and wife Anne, Nathan and Jonathon.
